Do you provide guarantee for your products?We do not offer guarantee on the products as we do not manufacture them. However, we do assure you all products sold by us are sourced from premium manufacturers across India and are of the highest quality.

What is the jewellery made of?The base metal used to make the jewellery is a brass/copper alloy. The jewellery is coated with high quality matte polish / premium quality gold look alike polish.

How will the quality of the product be? Will it be the same as shown on the website?All our product photographs are clicked in-house under natural light without using any filters. However, please note there will be some minor variations in colour due to digital photography. We assure you all our products are of premium quality.

Do you have a physical outlet?No, we do not have a physical store. We are an online only business.

Can I get a discount on my purchase?All product prices are fixed, unless we are running specific promotional offers or discounts, you will not be eligible for a discount on your purchase.

Do you offer your products for reselling?We do not offer our products to resellers for reselling purposes. We are a retail brand and sell to direct customers only.

When will my order be despatched?We ship ONLY once a week on Saturdays. As we are full-time working professionals, we are unable to ship daily at the moment. We request you to wait for at least 7 business days before enquiring about your order tracking information. Orders are shipped 7 working days from order placement and order delivery can take up to 10 working days. If you have not received your order after 10 working days, please reach out to us here with your order details.

How many days does it take for delivery?Domestic orders can take anywhere between 3 and 10 working days to be delivered from the date of despatch depending on the destination city and pin code servicability. International order deliver will vary depending on the destination country. It can take anywhere between 5 to 15 working days to receive your order. We ship only once a week as we are full-time working professionals and request you to wait for 10 working days to receive your order. We do not undertake urgent orders and deliveries.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?Yes once your order is despatched, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking details.

Do you have domestic shipping?Yes! We offer free standard domestic shipping across India. All domestic orders are shipped through Delhivery / DTDC / India Post. We ship only once a week on Saturdays. As we are full-time working professionals, we are unable to ship daily at the moment. We request you to wait for at least 7 business days before enquiring about your order tracking information. Orders are shipped 7 working days from order placement and for domestic shipments, order delivery can take up to 10 working days after the date of despatch depending on destination city and pin code serviceability. If you have not received your order after 10 working days, please reach out to us here with your order details.

Do you ship internationally?Yes we have international shipping available. International shipping rates will vary depending on the weight of your shipment and the destination country. All international orders are shipped through Aramex. Please click here for more details on international orders and shipping. We ship once a week usually on Saturdays. As we are full-time working professionals, we are unable to ship daily at the moment. We request you to wait for at least 7 business days before enquiring about your order tracking information. Orders are shipped 7 working days from order placement and for international shipments, order delivery can take up to 15 working days after date of despatch depending on the destination city. Do you offer express shipping?Currently, we do not offer express shipping or urgent order deliveries as we do not have the manpower to handle these requests. Our standard shipping timeline is 7 working days from order placement. For domestic orders, the delivery timeline is 10 working days depending on the destination city and pin code serviceability. For international order, the delivery timeline is 15 working days depending on the destination city. If you haven't received your order within this timeframe, then reach out to us here with your order details.

I want to cancel my order!Unfortunately orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please read our Cancellations, Returns and Refunds policy carefully before placing your order to avoid any issues with regards to returns, refunds or cancellations. We do not undertake urgent orders and deliveries, so orders will not be cancelled if they do not reach you within a specific date. We ship all orders 3 to 4 working days from order placement and our delivery timeline is 10 working days, which is our standard timeline. If you have not received your order after 10 working days then reach out to us here with your order details. If an order has not reached after 10 working days, we will visit order cancellation on a case by case basis depending on the reason for the delay.

I am not happy with my order, can I exchange it?"We do not exchange products for any other reason other than damage during transit. For product exchange, package opening video is mandatory. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy by clicking here.

What payment modes do you accept?Payments can be done through net banking, payment wallets, UPI and all major debit and credit cards.

Do you have cash on delivery (COD) option?No, we do not have a COD option at the moment.

I have made the payment and the amount has been charged, however my order is not confirmed. What do I do?"If your account has been debited or your card has been charged, but your order did not go through, you will receive a refund back to your account within 5-10 days. If your order is confirmed and you have not received a confirmation email, please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 8939304199 or click here to e-mail us with your details and we will be happy to help you.

Do you accept international payments?Yes our website accepts all major international debit and credit cards excluding Amex. Additional charges may be applicable on these transactions.

Do I have to log-in to purchase a product from your website?We suggest you log-in while purchasing from our website to easily manage and securely store addresses, card information etc. However, you can check-out without logging-in as a guest user.
